The University of Haifa Diplomacy Program will be offering graduate study courses for future diplomats, academics, and practitioners, who are employed in a variety of public and private international, transnational, and multilateral organizations. Focusing on the role of collaborative diplomatic mechanisms, it is designed to provide students with new insights, concepts and analysis tools for fully understanding the enhanced functions of diplomacy in the highly charged global environment.

Chairman of the Executive Committee of the University, General (Ret.) Ami Ayalon presented his vision for the University at the Concluding Plenary Session of the 39th Meeting of the Board of Governors. “If a captain does not know where he is headed, no wind in the world will take him there. We aspire to become a leading research university. We want to lead academia in Israel in our chosen fields. We aim to be one of the world’s 100 top-ranked universities in these fields, and a world leader in a number of areas.”
